Working with Vericon, the goal was to create a multi-family condo community on two-inner-city lots, maximizing density and amenities while remaining on time and on budget. The result is a vibrant community geared toward young professionals. Eco-friendly features include energy star windows, lighting and appliances, as well as a pro-green ventilation system and high efficiency boilers. With urban livability in mind, the building features secure, heated underground parking; out-of-suite storage lockers; a fitness centre; and a common work area for larger projects.
