Gordon is the Principal of CYNC Architecture, and boasts a variety of professional involvement in both the Alberta Association of Architects and the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada. He is a past President of the AAA, past member of the City of Calgary's Subdivision and Appeal Board & Urban Design Review Panel, and of the Heritage Park Planning Advisory Committee.

Registered with AAA as an Intern Architect and with 2 years’ experience under Cody’s belt, Cody has gained a vast array of project experience in those two years which has allowed him to fulfill many of his AAA Intern Hours and gain meaningful experience in the field. Having a Fine Arts background Cody uses his experience to create and design memorable spaces and places. He uses this experience to ensure CYNC designs are exciting, unique and will be one of a kind for the City and the Client.

With a background in Urban Studies and Architecture, Anna is passionate about user-centered sustainable architecture that creates positive outcomes for our day-to-day life. Her design is driven by her sensitivity to the built-environment impact on societal wellbeing and aims to make better connections between people and space. She boasts a range of research-driven project experience and her thoughtfulness around the environmental impacts of architecture make her a valuable asset to the design team.

A graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies and Master of Architecture, Marc approaches design and the environment under a holistic lens and with the community at the forefront. His focus on equity, diversity, and the individual lived experience informs his designs and his approach to the built environment. Marc has a range of project experience under his belt including residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional. Combined with his ability in architectural visualization, his projects come to life on and off the page.
