Aimed at young professionals, Mid-City was developed to bring a clean line contemporary building into a typical late 1970's community. The use of simplified materials maintained the desired aesthetic while providing a budget-conscious project.  The contemporary style was further enhanced by the three storey height, flat roof and very simple colour palette.
