This project had a lot of potential but things just didn't come together to make it happen and so the project is currently on hold. The design brief was to maximize the density working with the current land use designation. That seemed reasonable until the reality of having adjacent property lines on three sides of the property meant that we ended up using a scissor stair to solve the need for two exits. 
In some ways, this could have been the perfect micro hotel where guests were given the a room for a short stay. Imagination played a significant role in the design development of the project.
