This office building is in the community of West Hillhurst. Working within a tight budget and site constraints, our goal was to create an effective space, suitable for professional tenants, while adding a contemporary aesthetic to an older residential neighbourhood. Inspired by a simplicity in materials, elements of warm wood are juxtaposed against cool granite. Large windows provide visual contrast between exterior elements while flooding interior spaced with bright light.
